Blackmarrow Necromancer skin graphical glitch

The left is with the skin on, the right is without it. Happens to many other (all I tested) chest pieces that have this... eh flappy thing . No ingame setting has affect on this

@ZOS_GinaBruno I see a similar problem with the skin. Here is a character wearing the Black Hand Robe costume, rewarded at the end of the Dark Brotherhood questline.



The left two images are what the costume looks like normally (with no skin or with a different skin), and the right images are what the costume look like with the Blackmarrow skin. Notice the light-blue glow along the edges of the cloth?

I suspect that this is related to what the OP is seeing and that these are two variants of the same problem.

In the picture I have

• Daedric Pauldron
• Xivkyn Cuirass
• High Elf Gauntlets 2
• Daedric Belt
• Daedric Skirt
• Xivkyn Sabatons
• and helm is Stormfist monster helm

but it happens even without any gear/outfit on all other gear pieces other than chest. As can be seen on this picture of very naked khajiit with deactivated outfit and nothing but hollowjack chest piece.

It's still happening to eyelashes, some hairstyles, and some costumes as well. Nearly all of the eyelashes are affected. It also happens to the Adorable Assassin, Barbaric Windblown, and a few other hairstyles that I noticed. The Glenmoril Witch Robes is one of the costumes affected, it adds extra fur or something.

Examples from the above album: This hair is affected, and so are the eyelashes. With the skin, the bangs of the hair/border of it is lighter, and there is a long strand of hair that gets longer.
