Unknow disconnections

This was my gaming experience with this "product" today:

11:08pm - patch install
11:15pm - login successful
11:21pm - kicked form the game unknow error
11:23pm - login to char select screen, game not unable to load my char
11:24pm - login successful
11:24pm - instantly kicked from the game, unknow error
11:27pm - login successful
11:29pm - kicked from the game, unknow error
11:30pm - login into a loading screen, returned to login screen with a unknow error
11:31pm - same as above
11:32pm - login successful
11:33pm - kicked
11:35pm - login sucessful, wait 5 minutes and try to do a random dungeon run
11:42pm - back to login screen with a unknow error
11:45pm - login sucessful, got kicked from the group with a penalty

Can I at least have my money back? I don't want to play this "product" anymore since I'm facing this situation for months now...

Same here getting odd disconnects also for no reason
