Also in bangkorai, North east there is a quest with a gay werewolf and his husband who is worried about him.

Again I saw it.
No "he" (Vivec) isn't a "he" he is both.
He is the embodiment of duality.
Both sexes.
Both fair and unjust
Both a poet and a warrior.
God and Mortal

Pretty sure I remember dude cats but was over a year ago at least. Maybe wrong zone as well. I just remember cats for sure and they weren't straight.
"He was remorseful of course. Told me that he realized the repercussions of his actions and how unacceptable they were. Still, my trust in him wanes ever more. First he secludes himself, then he makes friends with riffraff, and now this? I fear I'm losing the brother I once knew."
"Sometimes I barely recognize him. It's as if he's wearing a mask when we're together. Even now, I can feel my chest tightening at the thought. No, I must not think such thoughts. Soon we'll be happy in Lillandril, studying together once more. I'll finally be able to catch up. Be his equal once more."
"He and Emile were very close. If you'd asked me before all this happened, I'd have wagered that one or the other was shopping for a Ring of Mara. They had common interests, but more than that, they had common values. Gods, what a tragedy."
"Haladan's dead! And if he truly loved Emile, he would gladly suffer humiliation to keep his beloved out of prison. You know that! As for the Guild? The Guild endures. We'll be fine. Just do the right thing."

On the topic but not necessarily about Summerset... but I've read very little pertaining to another interesting potential LGBTQ+ storyline... and that of Tanek in the Dark Brotherhood. When he described his story as:
"Oh, it's a long and sordid tale, full of romance and derring-do. Or if you prefer the short version, I was apprenticed to a smith in Sentinel. Loved the trade, hated my master. He liked to hammer more than just metal. When I had enough, I killed him."
The part about 'he liked to hammer more than just metal' my jaw dropped! There certainly is a double entendre there.
