I think it's the armourer and leatherworker stalls in Craglorn where there's at least one Nord who refers to her wife in the welcome text.

@Junipus "My wife told me I need to move more product. So I took some weapons out of a crate and put them in a barrel. Not sure how that helps, but she's the smart one."
If there are NPC that are gays or not it is a personal decision to say it or not. Or is it that those who are heterosexual go around saying that they are heterosexual?
Why you don't have interest in know who are the heterosexual NPC but yes in those who are gays???
I hope you think twice next time before do some kind of homophobic question.
There is the utterly heartbreaking side quest 'The Flower of Youth' at Greenheart in Grenshade.

Also i remembered 2 female Deadra in one of the TES games who looked like 2 lesbians to me (I was in my puberty).
Did the player wear a chainmail thong/bikini? I have no idea about any game earlier than the original single player Morrowind.

- Naryu will flirt with characters regardless of gender
- Guards will roll their flirtatious lines regardless of gender, pretty random.
- A Breton man in Cyrodil (forget where exactly) will discuss having fled Daggerfall due to prejudice.
- A Dunmer woman in Suran's House of Earthly Delights will make some pretty overt gestures to *** your character regardless of gender, implicitly for payment....
- Pelinal Whitestrike from the Song of Pelinal, added during last year's pvp event, has a gay relationship. IIRC, it was cut from the draft of the books that were included in Oblivion, but I never got around to checking ESO's.
- Dark Seducers in general.
There's actually a mountain of gay representation in this game, tho tbh I'm still waiting for unabashed trans representation played by transgender voice actors. There's already ample room for this in the lore, so................................

I've seen 2 npc that made me think to transgender peoples,
The breton mage during the quest for kill the werewolf Faolchu. Our choice while we are in the past change the gender of the mage.
And the argonian who want to become a khajiit and he's trying to find a potion for accomplish his wish.
