200+ Queue with one bar pop? How?

Now this is hilarious. We fought great fights all day long with both the DC and EP zergs yesterday, many of us staying on all day trying to keep the minuscule lead that we currently had by mid-afternoon. Many of us weren't even aware of the problematic que or anything of the sort till close to midnight. None of us logged out so therefore weren't aware of the queing issues but apparently even AD had problems logging back in. So to presume that we exploited or took advantage of the situation is ludicrous.

Secondly, the EP emp and crew has come in daily for the last three weeks, emped during our lowest population by mid-morning eastern time, holds emp all day long until our peak hours when the rest of AD comes online to help out. And no one from AD complains that he's exploiting, or taking advantage of low pop on the server so I really don't want to hear it.

Sh** happens. Problems exist in a game. Things go awry and you know what we've been the underdogs for months. Months! And I haven't come here to complain about some of the crap I've seen. So to lump all of AD into this post and call us exploiters is honestly a bit whiny imho. I've done quite well with being the underdog in this campaign and I get online daily and fight back. I attempt to get better, encourage AD to better themselves and do everything that I can to make it fun for my guild. I joke around with the few EP who know me and we tease each other in game, you know who you are, and I try not to take this game too seriously. I've jokingly said I've had more hate tells from my own faction than I get from the opposing factions because I try to come in and fight the good fight. You may not like my tactics, you may not like my guild, but you cannot ever call me an exploiter because I've worked too hard to get AD to get together and learn to tolerate each other. I've put some real blood, sweat, and tears into this faction and my guild. I try to keep morale up and look forward to some good fights from the opposing faction. Let's stay civil and focus on the problems we can control and not on problems that clearly have stemmed from something internally in ZOS' systems. Queue is 187 tonight and I read this thinking it was fixed . Guess I'll have to be watching others pvp on Twitch tonight . Damn . This is an ongoing problem Gina . What ever temp fix is not keeping it fixed at all . Need to find the source .

FWIW, I chatted briefly with Gina about it this evening after they did the second band-aid fix and she mentioned they believe they've found the underlying issue and they're working on a permanent solution. But I'll let her update with anything beyond that.

its bugged out again,(been in a que for 75mins) currently stuck at position 48, though with most of the staff at home I doubt it will get fixed tonight oceania primetime.

During the 'particle effects update' in 2014 that left PVPers playing on 8FPS for 4 weeks, I couldn't decide if Zeni didn't want to do a rollback, or forgot some of the basics of game design - which is version control - and COULDN'T do a rollback.

Still can't decide. Let's see if this one takes a month to fix.

AD que is broken to i waited a 150 man que game crashed and i waited again so yea there a bug bug everyone is having trouble getting in so its not like AD is just getting in and taking everything with no problems on or que.

It's all bad again. AD at 3 bar I was 185 in queue. Dropped to 2 bar and I am at 177 in queue (maybe 30 minutes later). Good to know we have people available at all hours to do whatever it was that was done twice already to get it moving again.

Honestly, who actually didn't expect something like this. ZOS fixes group que bug only to create some other more noticable broken mechanic. I'm sure there will be some form of a fix on Monday but starting a thread blaming a faction for something like this which is clearly a bug is just sad.

I'm not sure there's any point to rolling back the servers until they've fixed the underlying issue. Yesterday morning they opened the queues, then it happened again last night. If we'd had a roll back, they would have to roll back more now.

I'm not expecting anything to happen until the Monday maintenance, if indeed something happens at all.

You presume way too much.
Most of my characters are EP. Last night Vivec was pop locked for EP and DC but only 1 bar for AD. So I decided to queue on my AD.

With only 1 bar I had a 200 queue as AD. So no pvp last night. Not sure why you think it’s an exploit and boo hoo AD etc...


@ZOS this system is not nor ever has, been good for players or the game. Particularly us solo players. I am almost positive there is some major dishonesty regarding player pop considering during locks Cyrodill is largely empty other than the skirmish spots and the bridge.

You need to finally admit cyro is and has been a failure and either finally fix it or hire competent people to fix it. Going on 4 years enough is enough already. This akin to someone farting in a full vehicle and everyone pretending nothing stinks.
