Unexpected internal error

Yea I am getting this too Unexpected internal error has occurred. Even my Profile Pages and Account Management is out of wack too. I cannot access my Forum Profile but I can at least login here though.

I am gonna go fire up Guild Wars 2 and play while I wait for whatever is the cause to be fixed.

I can confirm its steam! I am talking to 15 people in VC and half use steam and they are all having the error, the others are logged in just fine.

Same issue here. When launching through the eso64 file my login does not work.

I tried using the eso64 as well but it told me I had to log in via steam. Even if it did work I probably would of encountered this same problem as my ESO+ is through Steam.

i did this and while i was able to log in, my plus membership was gone, which is screwed up, just paid for 6 months 3 weeks ago. there's something scrambled on their end.

I was able to log in with the Eso64.exe workaround, but my eso plus is not registering, which is quite annoying to say the least.

Well that just sucks.

If I don't log in soon, Sheogorath will have my head on a pike for not getting those last remaining books or use his Wabbajack staff on me.

I am having the same issues.

When are we going to be gifted some crowns to make up for this. It seems like I cant log in from issues on their end at least once a week (not talking about patches or maintenance).

Doesn't look like it's ZMax's fault. Seems to be a Steam issue.

I buy crowns through steam. Regardless, they have a partnership to bring the game to some PC players. Either way, I am not getting what I pay monthly for, same with the other folks this affects. ZoS was able to gift crowns to PS people for long load screens (which I also get, to the tune of 5 minutes at times).

Aye, it is. So if someone has their knickers in a knot, they need to take it up with Steam.

Pretty dodgy things going on with them (Steam) tonight. My other half is unable to even log into Steam. He's not best pleased.

Taking it up with Steam - sounds so easy, but in practice is...interesting.

At least some of the ZoS folks here are helpful.

The "taking it up..." bit was about compensation.

And I doubt there will be any from either ZMax nor Steam.

The last thing I need is being locked out of my ESO Account, I was suppose to be playing with a friend today. Looks like that won't be happening.

Sure it does. The funny thing is, Steam's support page for ESO says support is handled by ZoS.

0.43 GMT still unable to login to server, now the ESO Manage Membership page shows that I don't have an active membership, this normal for those with a Steam PC membership? Just before I'm sure it said something about Link-Steam membership.

Since Steam handles all account management for the game if you purchased it through Steam, yes this is normal.

My ESO+ is also missing if I use the other launcher method to log in or look at the website. I do remember a warning or something about Steam membership when logging in. However, my Steam library page still says that I have membership.

Try login directly via eso64.exe you'll need user name / game password and possible access to email account linked to ESO.
