Hello friend ! I'm like you, the Redguard race and culture is my favorite but I'm also a fan of Caesar's Legion from Fallout: New Vegas. Closest to them would be the Imperial Legion so I tried to go with a style that could fit.
Here is my character :
I use Skinchanger Sabatons
Silver Dawn Chest and Gauntlets
Bloodforged Spaulders
Overall I went for a Legion style but also went for a Conan the Barbarian style with the sword and circlet. I'm still not truly satisfied with the hands and boots but it's the most fitting for now (due to the dye being too dark on other gloves/boots' metal parts).
The issue with the Silver Dawn chest part are the shoulder armor parts that come with it : they clip on a lot of good looking spaulders, and if you're a perfectionnist like me, it can be annoying fast. Thankfully the Bloodforged spaulders are fine with it.

Instead of the Silver Dawn or even Second Legion as you suggested, I would advise you to look at the Order Hour set as they are pretty good (even if you want a more medium/light armor style), I went for Silver Dawn instead as the heavy armor looked more appealing and detailed. Boots below are Ra Gada heavy boots.
