It looks like an intrusive thing, it's really not, you get used to it very quickly.
Hope this helps.

Really appreciate the effort you went to to post that, but unfortunately I'm on console. Us plebs have to make do.

Tank will res depending on situation (if theres only the boss, most times tank can just casually walk over and res while holding aggro and defending - with adds its much more complicated and situational) ;; Somewhat the same with healer - healer wont res if in a phase where healing is crucial. If not most of the time healer will res.
It still comes back to DPS are the best to res (there are some exceptions in vet dungeons where its crucial to burn something down immediately) - reality is that most of the time the DPS could but doesnt know because number crunching and bragging about DPS is more important.
-.-
There's a bug where you cannot res/a person cannot be ressed by anyone. It's random and inconsistent but happens to me every now and then(for some reason I remember it happening quite a bit on CoS last boss actually) - there's just no popup to res and nothing you can do.Funny I find a thread like this.
I tried doing Vet Cradle the other day and I (one of the DDs) was just completely ignored. Wasn't just me though we almost wiped but the Tank pulled through and managed to Res the Healer, who then went on a Healing spree while the Tank went to Res the other DD. But after the other DD got up, I was utterly ignored. They even walked over my body a few times. When they went down again and finally wiped I just said "nice" and left the group.
