Guys, is there any list of undodgeable and unblockable skills/sets? I want to set up an article stating the rules and how they apply with exceptions etc.
However I do not exactly know how it currently works on the live server, so any help would be appreciated. This is prolly more complex so I might restructure this post later.
Is this correct?
Magicka AOE abilities = undodgeable
Stamina AOE abilities = dodgeable
Magicka Single T. abilities = dodgeable
Stamina Single T. abilities = dodgeable
channeled magicka abilities = undodgeable
channeled stamina abilities = dodgeable
Ultimates= ?
Soul Strike = Undodgeable, non-interruptable
Also, what are the exceptions of this rule? Abilities, Sets etc.
- Update 23Ice Furnace: This item set now grants Spell Damage, rather than Weapon Damage for the 4 piece bonus

Note: Shuffle (Major / Minor Evasion) needs his own category, as some abilities / sets that cannot be avoided with a dodge roll can however be avoided with Evasion (Cliff racers being one such example).
Arrow Spray is dodgeable but I really wish they would change it to an undodgeable cone (at least the Acid Spray morph)
As far I know every non ground based stamina AoE ability is dodgeable. That is arrow spray and steel tornado. Dont know about cleave. Dawn Breaker is ultimate. Sub Assault is ground, volley is ground, caltrops are ground.
But if the stamina morph of drain power which i never saw used in PVP, is undodgeable, then it means arrow spray and tornado should be undodgeable too.
//edit: Silver bolts secondary AoE was dodgeable too, Did not check recently. Blade cloak same. Again, did not check recently.Shrouded Daggers obviously, but that makes sense. And no idea about Noxious and before mentioned Power Extraction. That are probably all stamina, not ground based, not channelled, not ultimate aoe skills

PTS patch 2.7.2 states that AOE are not dodgeable. But you for got about Stam classes.
Isn´t burning embers undodgeable aswell or was that fixed by now?

What do you mean with Burst Bomb? You mean when the abilitiy explodes? And you mean that only direct damage is reflected by Unstable Core?Unstable Core:
- redirect DMG is cause by a direct Attack. No confirmation if shuffle will dodge the damage but most of the time players aren't defending when this goes off.
- Burst bomb DMG is both undodgeable+unblocked.
- I can confirm that the redirect damage is added when you use jabs on a DK using the morph of volatile armor that reflects back melee damage lol.
- UC is a single target delayed undodable/unblockable damage spell that grants cc immunity to the target.
That's what I know violates the rules above. It's single target but deals aoe damage but also has a thorns style dmg component.

As part of a consistency pass to define abilities as dodgable or undodgable, Dragon Leap has been made undodgable. Area of Effect attacks should not be dodgable since they blanket an entire area with harmful effects, and should still damage enemies trying to Roll Dodge through it. You can still use Roll Dodge’s movement speed increase to avoid the Area of Effect altogether as counterplay against this ability. We will continue to monitor and update other Area of Effect abilities to ensure they conform to this standard.[
They are saying this definition, while they want it to be consistent, are taking small steps to ensure is actually balanced.UPDATED THE FIRST POST. I restructured the post, if someone has any better ideas how to structure it or what else to add please let me know.

Is the Solar Barrage DoT component dodgeable?
Is Wall of Elements both undodgeable AND unblockable?

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Wrobel in the recent light of soulharvest being now dodgeable - can we get burning embers fixed aswell?
I can´t see a reason why i magica singletarget spell would be undodgeable?
Same for haunting curse then.
