The Gear appearance change has come too late for me and many others. It's not enough at this stage. I won't spend money on ESO.

Then it's a good thing that you don't have to spend money on the outfit system. Given it's going to have a free component with paid extras, and even if the whole thing was paid for, it is still a cosmetic function.

Nice suggestion that you're not alone. I mean, in the most technical sense, a lot of people have left the game for any number of reasons. Hell I've got a friend who has set spellcrafting as his, "must have," before he comes back.
I'm happy waiting for Alpha 1 AoC.
Here are some things I'd like to see worked on before I come back to this game:

    1) complete rework of PvE ladderboards. Even though I play stamDK I felt so bad when certain people were left out of Trials because their class of choice would not provide the ultimate DPS numbers. Top dps numbers are not required to beat the game. They are required to beat the score, which is a ridiculous "competition" idea.
Trials should take into account what classes compose the group, and should evaluate each person separately based on the players performance on their chosen class.

This way every class would be welcome in competitive Raids, as long as the player is good.

Except, all it would really do is splinter the leaderboards into an unusable mess of different class combinations. "No, see, we're #1 for a team with a Warden Healer, a dragon knight healer, two nightblade DPS, three DKs, a Warden DPS, a Templar Tank, a DK tank, and one warden DPS."

Alternately, you'd be looking at a system that actually pigeonholed every class hard. "So, you have an excellent DK DPS, but it turns out the game is grading you on your ability to soak damage... so you need to **** right off and get on a real DPS class."

But, yes, I'm sure we'd all be ecstatic to go back to a game where you had to run Nightblades or Sorcs as DPS, needed two DK tanks, and two Templar healers, Wardens need not apply.
    2) Weapon rebalance. SnB OP. 2h must. DW limited.

*Snorts* Though, seriously, DPS who carry sword and board into dungeons are a plague.
Staves -> There should be at least 1 more style for Magea. Add a new weapon.

*Snorts again.* "Everything's imbalanced, quick add more stuff to further disrupt that balance!" I wouldn't say no to a new melee focused magicka weapon. That could be cool. Not sure this whole, "add a new weapon," would really satisfy your desires or goals, however.
3)Classes PvP. All stamina and magika classes should be viable and their Lore should be distinctive on the field of Battle. I love how a nightblade hits and runs. I love how a Sorc rides the storm. I love how a temp uses divine powers, I wish warden was less Green and more Ice.
I wish my stamDK would bring the Dragon in PvP. They don't. It's all about shuffle Momentum vigor SnB 2h. Every time I read "New stamdk pvp build it's the same shiet. Ffs.

Right now each class does have a distinct battlefield role. Again, I'm not sure you completely understand Cyrodiil (actually, that's untrue, I know you don't, based on your next item), but what you're asking for is already a thing. To be fair, PvP might be why you think that Dual Wield is a limited skill set, or why you think Sword and Board is overpowered. They're not. S&B is a terrible DPS weapon for PvE.
4)Removal of every single AoE output in Cyrodiil/IC. If you wanna fight other players, chose your target and attack, while being mindful of friends and enemies around your standoff. No more zergs and no more organized groups, which in truth are zergs using voice channels.

    This would be catastrophic.

    Do you know why?

Because any zerg organized enough to call their shots would be able to alpha down everything. In fact, the reason zergs became such a nuisance in the first place can be tracked to the AoE cap introduced early in the game's life. Before that players had a real reason to spread out, and avoid turning into a ball of death. After that, unkillable death balls became the norm. Cyrodiil needs more AoE, not less.
    5)Fix your server problems.

Given that's as a direct result of the cheat protections... yeah, it should be so simple.
    6) oh yeah.. balance your armors.

    *Rolls eyes.*
