Well there's a crown store option if gold is THAT much of an issue. Personally, I prefer to pay gold. Didn't they say 2k gold for expensive style or something? That's nothing. Would make it like 16k per full outfit.
You didn't honestly expect them to make it for free, did you?
Housing storage is welcome...I just hope I can remember which residence I stashed things in. I would appreciate some sort of joined personal vault across all homes to avoid that.

There's a source saying it's only 2k per piece?

I do not understand. Does OP want this completely locked behind the crown store?
If not gold, then what? Besides, I do not see in the OP the gold cost. It may be merely a few thousand gold with is something anyone that has been playing for a couple months should easily have.
Besides, the game hardly has gold sinks.

I should've known there'd be a catch. They can't give us something we really want without putting in a way to make us work for it.You will have access to one unique outfit that you can customize using gold, but you will also be able to acquire Outfit Change Tokens and additional Outfit Slots from the Crown Store, allowing you to have a variety of outfits ready to go at a moment's notice.
So basically, everyone who's been playing the ESO economy and have millions because of that have absolutely no need to fret. Those of us who don't, and scrape by with whatever gold we come across are gonna feel the pain, and will resort to spending Crowns. Wonderful.
Just like real life?

The prices varied from 100 gold per item to 2k gold per item and it was shown and said on yesterdays Live stream, depends on the rarity of the motif. This thread is in Shakespeares words "Much ado about nothing" and in my own words worry about it when it gets here, there will be loads of info coming out of PTS beginning next Monday

Considering the OP was made before that Livestream. The only info at the time was the Dev Blog where it only said "gold". No actual numbers were given. So you can understand the assumption.

I think zos should create a gold sink but it needs to be one where the whales can throw out gold but at the same time people that don't have that gold don't feel screwed
