I am for expanding on existing classes as well as creating new skill lines for everyone.

Personally I really want Spears. Maybe it'll come with the new Chapter

I myself am very much for expanding classes and adding skill lines. Not surprise, really, considering:

Why stop at spears? A full "polearm" weapon skill line (see above) would be better, then we could have all the various fun toys as "racial style polearms" - like breton guisarmes, nord poleaxes, imperial spetums, dunmer glaives, dwemer halberds, argonian military forks, altmer fauchards, khajiit monks spades, redguard pikes, bosmer hunting spears, orsimer bardiches, maormer tridents, akaviri naginatas, daedric war scythes, whatever...

As for the third skill bar... nope.
I said it before, three bars to switch among would quickly get annoying when you try to switch to that one weapon in the heat of battle, and hit the switch button once too often in a twitch of the finger, then have to try again and... ehhh...
And also silly - just -how- many weapons do you think your character ought to have equipped for switching around???

If you give us all 3 bars that means sorcs would have 4, then people would want 4 as well, so we get 4 but then sorc will have 5, you see where I'm going with this lol

Folks already complain about how easy content is - giving them an even great array of skills/buffs/sustain/healy-things would only further trivialize the current content and lead to even more QQ about how faceroll easy everything is now.

What would add to diversity is if the less desirable skills got a look at and beefed up to being useful alternatives.

I think you should be able to use any skill at any time..the whOle skill bar thing is lame.

Pc easy to donthisceay..for consoles easy to let us set our skills to any buttons and button combination..like x and b is a skill or down by is different then right b.

I'd like to ask how a sorcerer has a third bar like I read some people say? I've never seen such a thing.

Sorc's shouldn't even have a third bar, everything should be greyed out and you shouldn't be able to put abilities there,

    now that would be balance..

but you know ZOS, they have Sorc class Bias and are Magicka leaning sooooooo...

I can see this being a good thing not because I envision using three bars in one fight. Where it would come in handy is for example tanking mobs vs solo bosses. Instead of the group having to wait between fights as you switch skills you just use bars two and three instead of one and two.
The duration of AoEs and DoTs are what dictates how many skills are used in a rotation so I'm not sure adding another bar is going to change rotations much without changing how several skills work.

Would be really handy for PvP though. If you are running with a group and suddenly find yourself alone and facing an enemy switching to a 1vX bar instead of buff group or CC enemy bar could come in handy. Healers could have a bar dedicated to keeping group going during siege and switch to the other two when it comes time to run or fight. Even if bar three simply has mages light on it instead of siege bubble and the other skills are the same it would be a benefit.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

They'll never do it. The reason we have the ridiculous limit of 5 powers on a bar is because the game was designed around a console controller.

I would love it even if they just expanded each skill bar to 6 skills. As a healer who also like to debuff etc, I can never carry everything I want...and often have to drop things that would make it more fun for me.

Would like to see bigger choice of morphs and that the morphs are split evenly between stamina and majika options - so base skill then 2 stam morphs and 2 mag morphs.
I would NOT increase the number of skills you can use - if you need a 3rd bar, you prolly need to L2P.

I partly agree, I think every morph should definitely offer the choice of stamina or magica bit I agree with offering two for each type.

As for third skill bar, I totally feel we need one but only for when we are mounted and has skills like rapids manouver , mage light utility skills not combat

I think its a moot point. Most people appear to use a lot of the same skills (depending on their class) and personally no matter how much I try to implement new things into alts, I always fall back onto my same sets of skills that work anyway. The third bar isn't going to be useful unless the other skills become useful.

Also, as a console player, swapping between the bars would be a nightmare. It's tough enough to swap them now with the directional pad while moving, and if I have to cycle through an extra one to get to the one I want to swap to, it could be costly, and turning it into a wheel like the usable items would also be a mess (As you'd have to stand in place to select) on console.

Alternatively, I'd love to see a loadout system where you can save and load sets of skills and equipment. For example you could have one set for soloing, one for PvE groups and one for PvP.

With the current system it's really annoying to have to rearrange everything depending on what I want to do because of the limited slots (at least it is as a tank).

Something like that would work around the low number of skill slots and it would make situational skills more attractive. It would also work within the limitations of controllers.
Is hard for console guys because there are many add ons for that in PC .

One extra skill per bar would do it for me.

No need to complicate things by having another skill bar, and I see the reason for having to make a certain amount of choices for this type of combat......but it would be great not to always have to agonise over which one important skill to leave out with only five available on each bar. And not forgetting, if you are a sorcerer, that some vital sorc skills need replicating on each bar to remain active.

Yes, six rather than five would be perfect.

It would no longer be a swap, but a cycle, unless you are suggesting a second and third button to change between each weapon individually. I do not want either. I can manage 25+ buttons, but I have other games for that. The limitations in skill choice are what make this combat system appealing for many people. I never understand why others want to change combat systems for games that are already good. I think the game you are looking for is called Tera, coming to consoles soon.

Why are you here? There are tons of MMOs with a slew of skills and a different combat system.

The entire point of 2 bars and only 5 slots is to make you make choices and focus on the combat rather than just some rotation. Thats how it should stay.

STO on consoles uses a system where you can set skill behaviors to automatically trigger (ie. heal me when I'm below 75% health, enable sheild when first entering combat, etc.). There's a quite a bit of customization available in the system to get additional skills integrated into combat with limited controller buttons.

This assumes that the consoles are the limiting factors... which I suspect is true.

ESO was made for consoles. So this will never happen because of it. I have been wanting this since launch.

a 3rd bar shouldn't be a problem, as with the soerc, use it for long buffs and generally skills that don't require immediate attention, its really not a hard concept
Easiest way would be an toggleable ultimate like overload. Now I don't use it in dungeons, a bit clunky and I'm not experienced enough. still it would be an nice place for dark deal and surge.
use it overland for Rapid Maneuver and streak.

Would not mind it, it would probably be most useful on console who don't have skill swap addons, seen people swapping skills in dungeons depending on boss or trash fights.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

I'm not saying it should be more, it's just so un-imaginative: Animations are quite bland (I don't want them to be Korean super-flashy but still...). More important, its 10 skills minus toggles, minus passive buffs, minus some maintenance buffs every 30sec which leaves around 6-7 skills that in most cases are pressed in always the same order while spamming some light attacks and bar-swaps in-between. How can anyone not find this dull?
Just from the top of my mind what could be possible:
    - Synergies between different abilities
    - Combos
    - Channeled Abilites that let you execute specific other abilities
    - Abilities with several effects depending on the number of casts
    - Abilities with different speeds, cast-times, animations, impact delays...

I really like this game but this has always been its weakest point and I know for a fact I am not alone in this opinion which is why I try to be vocal about it and not sugarcoat the issue.
