Warden Cutting Dive and counters

I'm curious if the following skills counter Cutting Dive:

1: Nb cloak (pretty sure this one does, unless it was the magicka version I was seeing)
2: Nb cloak if you got mark target poisons on him?
3: Warden Shimmering Shield.

And what else if anything?

I think UC is soaked up by shimmering shield. Or maybe I'm not seeing the explosion/DMG count due to lag? No idea about total dark.

Only happens with wardens for me. I'll need to test.

Eclipse doesn't effect birds. Not sure about any reflect skills but I don't remember ever birding myself.

and " Ball of lightning " from the storm calling line ( sorcerer ) ? it says it absorb all spell projectile directed at me. But still don't know if this absorb at least the magicka version of the birds.
