Free Crates

So from https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/26249 - we get a free crate every day, from Friday November 24 until Sunday November 26 just by logging in and "defeating any enemy creature".
I'm guessing this is like the previous event where its account bound, not character bound?
Also this time it says "critters do not count!". What counts as a critter? I'm busy this weekend so will just be logging in for 10 minutes (loading screens allowing) to kill a monster each day. I'm parked up in Stormhold for Horse training / crafting research so was hoping to just kill a croc as well. Would this work?

✭✭✭✭✭Critters are things like squirrels, deer, sheep, etc. They have only a token amount of health and a single light attack will instantly kill them. Normal mobs has 28-40K. Some who swarm like small wolfs and spiders has less.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

No, there's no notice of any kind. Kill something now and then again in 3 hours, you'll have knocked out the first two days of crates. They did before. The way they did it before was that on the day they were delivered, you'd have to go to the Crown Crate icon when you're in your inventory (in that row of icons at the top of your screen), and they would just appear there.monktoasty wrote: »Do they just appear in your account instantly?
