Weird disco lights on the ground when it rains.
Quitting out of the game and restarting oftentimes solves the problem -- though that's kind of a pain.

Lady_Scorp72✭✭✭✭I just had the same issue on my iMac Nvidia GeForce 750M (OS X 10.12.6) and MacBook Retina Nvidia GeForce 650M (OS X 10.13.1), but doing a repair through the launcher seems to have fixed it.
Okay, last night the repair via launcher seemed to work, but the disco lights are back in areas with rain (no rippling though).
Based on what other people have suggested, I've just deleted the ShaderCached.cooked file in my documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live folder. Actually I had 3 files ShaderCached.cooked, ShaderCached 2.cooked, and ShaderCached 3.cooked, so I deleted all of them and when I restarted the game there's a new ShaderCached.cooked and still have the disco lights in an area with rain.
I'm guessing this must be an OS X specific bug, and I hope they get a fix for it. While not game breaking, after the requisite disco dance moves, it is annoying!

Mac Book Pro 2016 with Radeon Graphics card.
I have conducted repair - Didn't fix it.
I removed the file: ShaderCache.cooked - Didn't fix it.
I reset all graphic back to default - Didn't fix it.
I unchecked almost all of my graphics boxes I could - Didn't fix it.
SO NOW CAN WE GET SOME FEEDBACK ON THIS FROM THE DEVELOPERS????? ACKNOWLEDGEMENT? ANYTHING??????
