Nothing special, i build this rig several years ago ( I think right before ESO beta actually):
i7-2600K CPU @ 3.4GHz (Quad Core)
ASUS RoG Motherboard (Maximus Extreme)
16GB RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
nVidia GTX 780, 3GB
I run the game at 1920x1080 with pretty much everything maxed (Windowed Fullscreen)
A bit better rig than mine! I can run the game on max setting full screen no problem, but the crashes are what's killing me. I use AMD, but from the feedback from others it does look like ZOS is having issues. I mean, I NEVER crash running any other games.

That's not possible for me because I'm the only one having issues at home, while others are using the internet just fine.

That doesn't preclude the possibility of network issues, as they will be routed differently to you assuming they're not also playing ESO. If you're using wireless connections that could also give each of very different signal strengths.
Crashes are rarely due to Zos outside of your ESO load having a corrupt file. For that there is a repair tool.
They are most likely due to a local issue is local and very much includes add-ons for which Zos bears zero responsibility.
I suggest reading through the thread I linked as it has some helpful information including opening up a tech support ticket. It will be so much more helpful than your poll.

BTW, there are multiple addons post CWC that are causing crashes. Those being managed by active players will end up getting updated.
