Anyone defending this cat's 35% cut is just literal garbage at stealing, and probably the game in general if they can't even steal properly. Not only is it almost impossible to get caught by guards in almost all circumstances, but getting away from them is even more difficult to screw up. Then, going even further, you can just teleport to a wayshrine if you REALLY have to. EVEN FURTHER, all it takes is one single skill point to get the Clemency passive, which gives you one free escape per day, and who the hell would need more than that?

Lore reason: Pihranna's labor cost for moving your goods to actual fences (She's a smuggler, so that tells me she's not an actual fence and not working as a thief... transport in between for pay seems more like it.)
Gameplay reason: A "balancing" penality/price for players selling stolen goods without travelling to an actual fence. Now Tythis and Nuz have no fees to balance out not having to go to an actual bank or merchant either, but I their trade offs are in lacking all the features of a bank or merchant. Nuz cant sell you anything/repair your items and Tythis has no guild bank options. Pihranna has the steeper trade-off for the adventurers wanting to shed off some stolen goods whilst travelling around doing a bit of everything with no pit stops planned.

And that's not even considering the Invisi/move-pots one can easily make for themselves.
I'd be pretty bewildered if a non-newb Nightblade was legit struggling with a life of crime... I mean come on!
