Do Blue Clockwork Fish Exist?

I've caught all eight of the green fish but found zero of the blue fish, with about 400 fish caught so far.

Alanar✭✭✭✭Got a ninth green fish, so clockwork is not following the normal 4 blue / 8 green pattern. I guess that makes sense, since all of the water in clockwork city is foul, so doesn't have the same 4 types of water breakdown.0
