Change Hireling 3/3 Perk

As someone who used to OCD and log in every 12 hrs to the minute on 12 alts from last time I logged in, I'm more than happy with the 12hr timer now. I only log in once a day at any time I like and I know that it will be reset.

They changed horse timers from 24h to 20h a couple years ago and it was great. They realized that it was impossible to login and feed the horse precisely 24h from the last feeding and that the timer would eventually lead to skipping a day so they changed it to make it more flexible.

They should start by doing the same thing for hirelings.

Yeah but you only need to login once per day to feed your horse, it should be the same for hirelings as well.

I like most of these ideas, best one I think is to make them either every 10/20 hours or just compile all hirelings into one mail once a day with 20 hour timer.

Its more like take the first lost i.e 3pm so the 2nd lost should be at 3am right ? nope, 4am, its more like every 13 hours on the 2nd drop, even when I log in again after the 12 hours

just make it once a week with the total mats given then. some people can only login once a week.

and make horse riding once a month since some people cant login every day or even once a week.

Load times were really bad tonight. About went crazy. Had to reload most of my characters more than once to get all the dumb hireling emails. that was 20+ characters. Why can't ZOS just make this work in some other way. Seems pretty stupid to make me reload that many characters when the server is already struggling.
