Is it normal for it to take days just to get the last 2 fish I need for Master Angler? I even had a group and I can assure you I have 10+ of the green fish.

For me personally, it'll take me days in order to get the last rare fish no matter what zone it is. Each zone I've done, all the rare fish were easy to get.. and then the last fish has to be a stubborn poophead.

In any case, it did take me a few days to finish off a number of zones, so yeah, probably.

I spent a lot of time on getting the last fish from 2 or 3 of the areas but not the last zone (which was Cyrodiil for me).
The Rift, Alik'r Desert and Glenumbra were my main frustration places.

Glenumbra blue Lake fish and Stormhaven foul Blue fish.

Yes. I spent a day on my last fish.

Yes, it's normal. It's because you are down to so few needed fish that you notice the time it takes to fish them - when you start a zone and have 12 different ones to find, trophy fish seem to come up really quickly. It's because you're down to just 2 needed that it takes a while.

As long you have enough fishing spots for these u need, its fine.Imagine the horror if you had to fish the last one blue from Rift river for example, with its 4 spots in entire zone, lol.

The last fish (Akaviri Wrasse,Riften) took me about 7 hours to catch

and there is 2 blue in rift river imagine if you get 5 times the wrong one.

For me I went away from the area for a week, came back and caught it on my second cast Have to say it was the most frustrating title to achieve!

No matter which one it is, your last Master Angler's fish is called Murphy. Mine was called Murphy McMurphy, though.

My last two were Reapers' March foul water blue and Malabal Tor salt water blue, the latter I had spent three days already for the foul water blue. The Reapers only has a few foul water spots, one guarded by a world boss. So I tried bouncing between zones via the wayshrines closest to their respective water types. Eventually I had to fish the entire coast of Malabal Tor to get that blue to drop.

Technically, there are 5 (one's just to the north of that footbridge in the northwest, just before the waterfall). That doesn't matter, though, because there's always always a fishing hole of that type spawned on the map. You may need to check all 5 of them to find out which it is, but there's one there.

I honestly had more trouble with the blue lake fish in the Rift than I did with either of the blue river fish.

I had 1500 worms ready for action to get my final fish, the Bjoulsae Hake.

I caught it with 9 worms to spare.

Grahtwood blue river fish took me over a week saved Eastmarch to do last as the holes were close together, think I got them all in a day there. Don't give up OP, it will feel so good when you get the last one!
