Ok what is with this dual wield animation BUG?

While attacking on my dual wield bar, my animations frequently cease happening for a couple of seconds, aside from light attacks, and then all rapidly fire off together after the pause. Damage is delayed until then, and it is proccing 2pc Kena, indicating the abilities aren't registering at all until after the delay -- just the light attacks that should be weaved between them.

Very annoying.

Is happening on my mageblade, stam warden, and magicka sorc. Has happened on magicka sorc in the past, but I've not observed it on mageblade or warden until this patch. A friend reported having the issue on his magplar too.

Anyone else experiencing this? Can this PLEASE be investigated @ZOS_GinaBruno ? It's absolutely gamebreaking for dual wield builds.

It's not just dual wield. It's called a lag and it affects all classes and all abilities.

The amount of times in PvP when I try and cast something and there is no animation I get frustrated and hit the hot key a few more times. 2 -3 seconds later I fire off a spell 10 times in half a second. Damage from the spell does not register on the enemy and I'm usually dead by that point.

Same with break-free. It has been broken since the Homestead, but since HotR patch it's completely bugged. I think it's unfair to the players to have done nothing about it yet. How am I meant to PvP if I get CC'd and can't break free despite having full stam? As a magicka user this is a death sentence 100% of time.

Don't get your hopes up about this being fixed any time soon though. Just get used to dying or roll tanks only

I think I know lag when I feel it, thanks. This is happening to me when fighting with zero lag. Thanks for the derailing comment.

I had this happen a lot on my stamblade while doing PVE content with my dual wield set up. That was a couple or so months ago. I'm surprised this problem still exist. At least, I think it's the same issue you describe here.
