ZOS: Upgrading items at crafting table suggestion

Just a little suggestion... when we are att he tables for upgrading items... possibility to keep the number oif mats entered even if switching item.. for exemple, if i select a purple staff, put 8 mats to make it 100% legendary, then realised i selected the wrong staff, then select the right one, so the 9 mats stayed selected, instead of droping back to 1 mat... this could be a cool dumb proof like me, avoiding to destroy an item by mistake.. i jsut destroyed my only vMA inferno infused staff because of this and cuz i'm stupid.. picked the wrong vMA staff, realised it was a crap one unlocked. then slected the right staff... upgraded it, never read the window, because if habit up upgrading stuff, i know the message... but never realised the mats went back to 1.. so i upgraded the staff with a 10% chances of sucess, destroying it.
This would be an awesome feature for lunatic, dumb, clumsy people like me doing repetitive *** and not reading messages assuming it's like i always do, with 8 mats

✭✭✭✭✭On PC, there is an addon that auto-selects enough mats to upgrade at 100%.
I think the default behavior should be to default to 100% and let people lower it as they want, rather than default at the lowest and having people increase it.

Totaly agree... first time it happens to me, but first time i switch items after selecting the amount of mats.. all my fault, but the structure is indeed stupid... why would someone select 1 item if they have al mats available... why would someone want as first choice to upgrade with only 1 mat... anyways, i'll check next time... just one more thing making me hat the game... all those runs in that stupid arena with stupid rng and destroyed the itme because of this... but as you said, if there wouldn't be aby stupid window to warn us with 1005 mats, i would had stop and paid attention, but since that window is always there, we dont read it anyomore and always assume we do right0 -

i never had the issue ever since the game ws launched, cuz i never selected the wrong weapon when upgrading stuff, but with the new system that you see all item locked or not, i picked up the wrong one, too much stuff in the list... first time it happens abut one time too much... if it'd be a crafting item i wouldn't care, but what more frsutrating than a vMA item i presume i have too much unlocked vMA staff in bank in cases of traits gets better.. i should keep less than 50 in there with the same names, i would never ever pick the wrong one anymore lolEdited by Insandros on August 31, 2017 10:50PM0
