Need the recipe for this poison - any master alchemists know it??

I've been trying numerous combinations but cant seem to figure this out.

Any help is appreciated

OK - welp nvm, spoke too soon.

the recipe is
Alkahest
Nightshade
Nirnroot
Fleshly Larvae

Tevalaur

The Gradual Ravage Health can only be done by Fleshfly Larva and Nightshade, but for a 3rd ingredient any other Ravage Health ingredient should work so to not use Nirnroot you should be able to instead use Blessed Thistle or Cornflower or Emetic Russula or Stinkhorn or Violet Coprinus, which might make it a little more cheaply.

Using our alchemy calculator I get the following possible combinations for Poison Damage + Gradual Ravage Health:

• Blessed Thistle + Fleshfly Larva + Nightshade
• Corn Flower + Fleshfly Larva + Nightshade
• Emetic Russula + Fleshfly Larva + Nightshade (Increase Stamina Cost)
• Fleshfly Larva + Nightshade + Nirnroot
• Fleshfly Larva + Nightshade + Stinkhorn (Increase Stamina Cost)
• Fleshfly Larva + Nightshade + Violet Coprinus

Corn Flower and Blessed Thistle are too valuable because of their importance in Spell/Weapon power potions.

Nirnroot used to be extremely expensive due to their role in alchemy writs, but since the writ change, they're not nearly as valuable. Most of these poisons used to be made with Coprinus (lowest cost option), but with the alchemy writ changes decreasing the importance of Nirnroot and increasing the importance of Coprinus, I'm not really sure which of those two is the cheapest option now.
