    People mocked me for keeping those Precise NMG daggers I crafted in Stahlrim and enchanted with Frost glyphs while slightly intoxicated over Christmas.

    BUT I STILL HAVE THEM! I just need to bite the bullet and run a warden up to 50. :\

    Yeah, I've got a full medium set of Hundings with 2 pc NMG, along with daggers and a bow.

    Ironically, even at the time, with crit surge, that dagger setup was stupidly hard to kill on my stamsorc.

    I run it with sorc without pets and it has become quite easy lately, when I started remembering the spawns. I've only cleared it about 10 times, starting a week ago. My setup is 5 Julianos 4 IA 2 Iceheart. That extra shield lifts some pressure off my hardened and helps me save magicka. Not sure if optimal but pretty good.

    Have quite the opposite conundrum as you, @leepalmer95 ... have vMA nirn greatsword ... but don't have an end game Nightblade to actually use it.

    Could put it on my DK tank back bar ... but that means switching out the Lord Warden 2-pc which I've been liking the recent buff.

    They need a delete date i think and i'm not sure could be anywhere from 2 months to like 6 months or even longer.

    yeah pet sorc is still the easiest- BUT if you want to finish AND get on the leaderboards, roll a magblade. literally first week playing the class i did vma- crappy score too- like 30 minutes slower than my best on stam sorc, but got onto leaderboards first time ever- because only 70 people or so finish NB each week (about 30-50 templars, dks and wardens - whereas heaps of people on sorc- where the lowest score is like at least 510K on EU, 450K on NA) .
    then you ll get a gold reward maelstrom weapon in ur weekly rewards too- which are guaranteed to be in infused, sharp, nirnhoned or precise i think it is. just a good way to farm it if ur time is limited and dont want to ram ur head against a wall ...much.

    p.s. i got my first ever sharp 2hander in the mail- after running vma for a year- 3 times a week. and getting on eu leaderboards fro a fair few of those- and on the day sharp was nerfed- and nirn buffed. isn't it ironic.

    The drop rate for sharpened has been increased to balance the reduced drop rate for nirn, precise and infused vMA weapons.

    All in the name of balance.

    Remember back before last year's trait rebalance, when Nirnhoned was better than Sharpened?

    I never deconned Precise and Nirnhoned weapons because I knew that all it took was a tweak of their numbers to change which one came out ahead.
