Devious NPC keeps spawning devoid of loot to pickpocket, today. Typical elf scammer, luring you in with promises of free stuff(TM) only to wiggle his silly ears at you and taunt you with empty pockets. I waited around a whole few minutes for him to respawn he did it again. This one would suggest throwing some of that rotten fruit that Finnedrin used (it should be disgustingly mouldy and rotten by now) - you can find him above the bank in Vivec City.
Even on the internet, clear communication is important; it can be the difference between "helping your Uncle Jack off a horse" and "helping your uncle jack off a horse"; the difference between "knowing your s***" and "knowing you're s***".

✭I have noticed sometimes NPCs will KEEP respawning with empty pockets even after resetting them multiple times with the Blade of Woe. Coming back the next day they seem to have found all their ummm misplaced belongings and can be harassed again.
Man, being a killable NPC in this game is ROUGH.1 -
