It's still possible to solo a level 5 resource if you have an undisturbed 10 minutes and a bit of luck. But it's true, the Honor Guards have the DK skill set and can use Eclipse too. Also it feels like you get eclipsed every 5 seconds or so, and the Dragon Blood heal from 5% to full is annoying too. Definitely seems like the bugs are back.
Edit: DK chains, Vampires Bane and Eclipse don't apply Line of Sight correctly. You can get hit even if you are in the tower through the walls.

Is the capability of guards to cast abilities through tower walls and around corners also included as part of this balanced and challenging design?

But to be fair, should we really be able to take a resource alone? Just because we can (not even a pvper but if I'm on the way by, I snag resources back for my faction) There are only 3 per keep with guards and a Mage above and other stuff, I don't honestly think we should be able to solo the whole place so easily.@ZOS_BrianWheeler any word on this?
Retaking resources solo takes a lot of time because guards are spamming CCs like there's no tomorrow (especially eclipse). This issue was reported in June and you said it's not intended. How many months we need to wait for it to be finally fixed?
