AFrostWolf✭✭✭✭Crafting is so long and tedious and trash compared to other items. They need to add the ability to reforge and upgrade items. Also need to raise the CP cap of items and let us use mats and new items to upgrade our current gear into the new New cap stuff.2

ComboBreaker88✭✭✭✭✭They need to allow master crafters to change traits on gear, swap out set bonuses (but only if you've unlock all achievements in the zones that the set resides in.) They also need to fully rework crafted set as most of them are horrible and nirn armor is a joke.2 -

erliesc✭✭✭I've maxed out everything except clothing...by that I mean I can make all the top line stuff that I have the traits, etc for. Whole series of stuff I don't have what it takes to make yet though.
I did a lot of it at the end by spending game gold to buy stuff to deconstruct....could not get the crafting writs to work that well...or didn't have the patience.
Went sort of maniac for a while buying stuff to deconstruct...ended up having to sell a lot of it at cost to end up even when I was done.
When you buy stuff to deconstruct you need to pay attention to the EXP you get from each object...buy the stuff that gives you the most. If you have the gold to work with...it's pretty fast...but takes a while at the upper levels.
Only in certain areas can you sell what you make at a profit. As far as potions, etc...you can't make anything worth your costs.I know nutting....0 -

I use the best jewelry I find and can add a gold glyph if wanted. I craft all armor anyway.
Really hate trashing the high level stuff when done with it...them's the breaks I guess. You can get some stuff out of armor, etc.
I collect pieces of sets and try to sell them at the best prices. Pay too much in gold to have the room to store them though.I know nutting....0 -

One of the best feelings I've had recently was having enough traits to build myself a full set of armor from two different named sets and then just marvel in the difference the upgrade made to my effectiveness. And no waiting on someone else to do it for me, and no feeling like I am just pouring my money down a hole all the time buying stuff from other people. Being self sufficient is wonderful.2 -

I feel it is too expensive to buy green/blue/purple glyphs to lvl up fast, if that's your trick.0 -

Making armor and weapons is time consuming and not rewarding when compared to alternative gear.
I don't wear BiS but I need to be at least viable and trust me, making mention of 9 good crafted sets does not provide "variety" when many of them are targeted at certain playstyles that isolate decisions like these...
ZoS needs to overhaul crafted gear, many stations are just sitting there, taking up space for no value at all.
Does anyone actually use Oblivion's Foe?
Sets should provide flavor to playstyles and the fact that when something is crafted it's usually not given justice.1
