Infallable Aether Buff, Intended?

Going I was going over some item sets and notice that Infallable Aether is getting the Mother's Sorrow five piece crit bonus in addition to the other benefits. Since I didn't see this in the patch notes I'm curious if this is intentional. I did try the set on and can confirm its giving the full crit bonus.

    They might as well get rid of the Minor Vulnerability part. I can't even remember the last trial I went to when somebody did a heavy attack with this set for that.

    Someone said that Rich told them in-game that it was intended. Gina mentioned something about a copy/paste error in the patch notes, whatever that means. Imo, the jury is out until we have official confirmation on the forums.

    This might have been an unintended change for Infallible Aether, but please work with the guys and consider actually leaving it. Having that as a 5th piece bonus on a TRIALS set actually makes it worth using 5 piece now instead of the 4 that everyone was always using. This is what a special trial set that you have to work your bum off for should look like.

    Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

    LOL... I was using IA + BSW pre-morrowind on my DK and it was a pretty good set up then. I am hoping this is intended or that they at least not set the crit bonus back to a regular crit bonus.

    I think they inadvertently buffed it when they nerfed Mother's Sorrow. Someone probably ran a script that changed all 5 piece crit values to that and forgot that Infallible Aether had one.

    At least that is my theory...

    I have a feeling it will be hot fixed or patched out very soon. :neutral:

    I'd prefer it not to be true. The news that overland & crafted was going to be strong was mega. Being forced to run trials to get crazy OP gear is wrong as. Crafting needs a pimp

    mothers sorrow would be the gear you run on a gank mage,
    or
    the gear you run to get the gear you want from trial
    or
    because you hate the rest of the human race so finding 11 people to do a trial with is not an option!
