Hey guys, I've been away for a bit (bought a house and moved states away from my home town :-P)
Has HOTR on the PTS been implemented with an NDA?
I plan to make dungeon guides for the new content, as I have created extensive guides for every dungeon in ESO, but I am inquiring if this content is able to be recorded/streamed by anyone or am I going to need special permission as some streamers obtain?
