Unable to access account page in the web

I want to purchase crowns through the ESO Account store and I can't access the page. The message says, "Error 500 We're sorry, the page you're looking for cannot be found."

I am aware that there are others experiencing this issue as well, I've also tried all the suggested workarounds ; cleaning browser history, deleting cookies, restarting my computer, using different browser, etc. and still no dice. It's been 3 days and I can't access my account page.

I can access my account to play in-game just fine. Please help me solve this issue

Same issue here! I can access the page with VPN, but it doesnt work after i login..

As posted here, we are currently looking into this issue with getting Error 500 on the account page.

Thanks. They're right. It started right after the last maintenance now that I remembered

Update: I was able to log in to my account web page again. Thanks for resolving the issue!
