Very Happy with a more Nord themed showcase. Nords have so little love in this game. Their racials are garbage, there characters are caricatures of stupid drunks.
At least now my Nord can have a painted wolf pet and painted wolf mount. More than likely gonna have the thane costume too, an he can lounge his huge Nordic estate.
*not usually ever a whale for mmo's or any video game, but damn I might be for a huge nordic estate.

I almost never see people wearing the Desert Garden Gala overdress, even though it's very elaborate and beautiful, takes dyes well, etc. I wonder if it gets slept on because so many people still don't know there's a hide helmet option?
Meanwhile the old noble dress is still the go-to for the gazillion Altmer sorceress Barbies (with the Duchess personality, ofc) seen everywhere.
For me, the issues with the Desert Gala dress are the puffy sleeves and skirt... they just baloon out in odd places. I'd overlook that at for 500 crowns, but not for 1000.
Those are good points, particularly the point about price. I personally like the "puffy," or voluminous, elements, while the warhorse noble dress bugs me because it makes the character's torso look conical. But the Desert Gala dress price is kinda "why?" On that, I have to agree.
the desert gala dress is my main's main outfit and has always been one of my favorites. I guess I never noticed the puffy spots until now as I'm looking at it. the puffs in the arms are more subtle than the puff in the skirt, but I love the look of heavy robes, and it dyes great as mentioned, so I thought 1k crowns was a steal LOL
on another note I found this image

and it looks like the dunmer dress coming out is an unforunately simplified version of the art

I wish the hairstyles in game looked like the hairstyles in this picture. I'd pay a whole lot of crowns for hair like that.
