    Yeah, not sure if you remember the first days of CP..... There were a few people that grinded the crap out of their CP, farmed emp and PvP was a wee bit annoying because of the massive power difference and emp buffs. Let's not go back to that. As people start to catch up, they can raise the cap a bit so we can make use of the additional CP we have above cap, but uncapping is a badddddd idea.

    That is a myth, and the few hard core guys that did have a bunch of cp at the time were avid PC players who would never transfer to console.

    We did have more CP than a new console player as we had what ZOS gave us for our Veteran rank conversion and the month worth of earning time. And the fact that we had 2 years experience on you guys which was the biggest factor.

    Obviously you where not aware of crackwood cave grind when they first launched the cp system boss, you could grind 5 cp in half an hour on PC... And yes when they launched imperial city I recall twich sniping a certain youtuber PC transfer and he was 1000 cp. But if you transfered a legit toon with a humble amount of cp that's honorable, but the fact that you didn't doesn't mean ppl didn't grind in crackwood to get ahead of everybody, it always been like that in every game and it always will. Who ever gets the edge 1st gets the cake

    Please god no! As someone who can only play an hour or 2 every few days and is still to reach level 50 (47 so not long left yay) after weeks and weeks of playing,the thought that becoming competitive at pvp was going to be even further away would be a killer for me. Most folk are casual nor hardcore gamers and need to feel they can be competitive without having to grind for 50 hours a week.

    I have 842 CP and I say no. The power difference is huge already.

    I saw some in the 2k CP prob cause of that cheat awhile ago I kept hearing about when CP first released

    With addons for PC we can see how many CP other players have.

    If OP is actually asking to make it so we can use all our CP then that's a very ill thought idea. It's asking Zos to make the same mistake they made when CP was launched and CP was called at 3600. Zos learned that was bad.

    We don't need to change it back so OP can learn how bad it was.

    no cp is to high already intel it get very major rework I would rather see it go down to 300 cp
    cp after this next patch cp will be the most broken thing in the game it need to be fully redone cp has to make you specialize not allow you to be tanky or high dmg or high sustain like it does now that's the problem in this game if there wasn't proc sets non cp would be good if people played it

    Yeah, except, there was absolutely no requirement that the guy spent 3 months in one delve in one zone. This was completely a personal choice and not the game itself. Gameplay isn't first, in any game, if all you care about is one number. It doesn't matter if that number is CP, level, or something else.

    I know MMOs have some problems, but let's not absolve the gamers themselves, OK? Other problems with MMOs include attention span/game hopping, complexity, and many if not most gamers being cheap as hell when it comes to paying for the games. Sub models didn't disappear only because game companies wanted cash stores.

    Also, they just went through great effort to scale everybody to one point so grouping up would be easier. If you allow for huge CP swings between players, doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose?
