@ZOS_GinaBruno Since the patch, cp 160 template characters have racial skills fixed (as you said), but their class skills are at level 1, and thus would require the same grind to get them to level 50.

Unless this has already been addressed in the past day, this is a reminder
    Gan Xing - Crafting Nightblade
    Elrana Tinuviel - Hybrid Dragonknight
    Elentári Peregrine - Sorcerer "bank"
    Rán Xīng - Hybrid Templar
    Laurïsil Imlachwen - Stamina Templar
    Helotë Tinuviel - Hybrid/Magicka Warden
    Odin banker - obv banker
Yan of the Red Mountain - lvl 3 DK - not sure when I will work on em

Seeks the unusual and unique playstyles...

As mentioned in literally the very first sentence, balance changes will be coming in the next PTS patch.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno

PTS test cycles typically last 4 weeks. Next week will be the 4th week and is therefore likely to be the final week. Having important things like combat changes drop in the final week means that we don't have much time to give feedback, and even if we do provide feedback, you folks don't have much time to evaluate and react to them.

In light of that, could you please ask the combat team if they'd give us a preview/overview/outline of what changes they plan to make next week, so that we are not faced with yet another PTS cycle crammed with last-minute changes?

Sure, we'll see what we can do. :)

Why would that matter? We're too close to the deadline which is set in stone, so even if you release something next patch, if it ain' magnificent we're gonna have to suck it up.

Was not having crafting skills maxed intended? Like how are supposed to test any of the crafting? Guess I'll level them. sigh.

@ZOS_GinaBruno I think it's a fair suggestion from many players not to do last years masks or recipes as rewards at all for this years witches festival. Many people have held on to them for resale when prices rise for collectors. Also personally I think it's good that some things only be available permanently for a limited time. It's a reward for dedicated long term players and like I said it creates niche markets. It's kinda annoying that some newbie can just waltz right in and get everything we have had to patiently wait for that was "exclusive" when it was first released.

STILL CAN'T SWAP WEAPONS!!! Was working fine, but then nothing. Seriously, how are we supposed to test anything when nothing is working?

Can't swap weapons, can't craft anything because crafting skills aren't maxed, , Rolis Hllalu isn't present, can't thieve anything cause Ledgermain isn't maxed, and to top it off, I can't use either my werewolf, or vampire maxers. What good are the coffers for, if they can't be tested? Please fix these issues with maintence!

So... they plan to put in balance changes and then give us very little time to even test them before going LIVE?!? Funny because this seems to be what they like to do; in reality, they don't care for our input as to their balance changes... 'it's what you're stuck with so deal with it' is their motto. :(

Still no option to queue for specific bg mode? Dissapointing.
Lazy development maybe? I've never played a game that didn't allow you to pick the mode you wanna play. If they did that to make sure there's always enough people to make 3 full teams well then they should just give BGs to everyone even if they don't own Morrowind and add the option to pick the mode we wanna play. My favorite out of the 3 is team deathmatch and I almost never get to play that one.
@Leogon @Gravord They explained this back when BGs were first announced. They don't want to split the BG queue six ways while there is only one game available per mode, as it will spread the queues too thin. Once they add more games per category, they said they would re-evaluate the queue types.

Thats a weak argument from them. Its players choice if they want wait longer to play specific game mode.

@ZOS_GinaBruno any updates on this? At this point, there's not much time left for such a preview/overview to make up for the problem @code65536 mentioned.

Cool story. But uhmm.. where's this solution for *** drop rng you proposed for morrowind? It hasn't gone un-noticed, and forcing people to refarm weapons is pushing the envelope don't you think?

The constant nerfs, crown store, backward progression system, and anticlimatic balance changes have frustrated alot of players. Coupled with an abysmal loot system pushing this patch before, nor with any sort of improved looting system seems not only counter productive, but malicious.

First of all I like the most Changes which will come up with the new "Update"...BUT...I am still worried about shield-stacking sorcs with freaking damage and mobility.
Those guys are really hard to kill on live at the moment and with nerfing most of the proc it will be a pain for stamina chars to pass their shield and stuff.
Dont get me wrong I really like those nerfs on the Proc-Sets especially on Viper but it seems like a huge buff for magica players while nerfing stamina chars !

The Second thing is that you guys wanted to make some changed on DKs Shield and stuff...we are still waiting for that But what do we get? --> Another nerf for DK (Combustion)
For example StamDK had 2 Class skills for Damage dealing it was the claw and the breath and both of them are getting nerfed by 16%...

Its really frustating for most of the DKs to get nerfed every update and watching MagSorc still beeing Overpowered.

@KaraBela94 This only effects the poisoned status-effect, not poison damage in general. So no, there's no 16% dmg-nerf to stam-DKs class abilities.

@ZOS_GinaBruno How are we supposed to start the Witches Festival quests when there is no item to grab in the crown store, and as far as I can tell, no open-world quest giver? :/

It might be too late for Witches Festival, but it'd be super cool IF you guys added the zombie walk from the Cyrodiil zombies (they kinda meander about, then go crazy for a couple seconds, all hunched over, etc. pretty hilarious tbh) as a new personality. Please consider :)
