Tons of tactical skill involved in winning campaigns.
Well it did indeed take a lot of tactics to come back from the kind of zerging displayed by Team purple in the pictures you shared.
Thank you for showing just how hard the Dumbminion had to fight against the two faction hordes arrayed against humble khajiit.

Have you played in a BG before?
When you play domination mode does the team that wins the most fights win, or the team that caps the most flags?
It doesn't matter how well you play in a 3way fight. Your success is contingent on how poorly one or both of the other teams play.
It's the second day of the campaign and AD has no shot as long as DC is only fighting for second place giving EP the win. It's the same as in a CTF match where the worst team decides the match by potatoing into a single other team allowing the third to cruise to an uncontested victory.
The only strategy AD employed on the final day was stay in contention until we had both Ash and BRK. Then all you do is faction stack whichever side is pushing so badly that they don't want to come back and a perpetual fight over bleakers occurs. Every faction does it, AD just happens to do it better on final campaign days. No amount of resource takes or capping back keeps is going to make anyone but your group push to a keep they know has an entire faction in it.

Those screenshots were from today, actually.

DC just doesn't have enough for the summer rush......considering both AD and EP have enough to put pressure on DC on both fronts, while fighting smaller fights against each other in the east and south.
Both EP and DC got hit repeatedly by an obviously bored AD faction. Once it was clear that EP and DC were fighting for second (and only for second), then the Bleakers corridor became an abattoir and AD was able to repeatedly snap up Ash, Drake, and BRK with little resistance... and when there was resistance, it was pretty much a sound shattering faction stack that rolled said resistance over (we saw it several times at BRK over the course of the day).
Again, this was due to no pressure from both sides being put on them. One side or the other would try to get a home keep or two back and then had to pull back due to other non-1st faction hitting them with a full broadside.
Chalman, especially, spent the day as a DC mass grave, and several times it got potatoed so hard that DC allowed Glademist or some other important keep to fall behind them to continue the offensive. Admittedly EP did the same as well at one point and Ghartok grew legs because of it. Luckily we recovered from that.
I feel (and this is my opinion) that the campaign was still winnable for EP and DC around noon central time, but that was the point where it seemed one faction decided to forgo first and slam the other incessantly for hours on end as as the former tried in vain to push south onto AD and push them back to keep the final score tighter for all three factions.
It's why it's with no small amount of satisfaction that I can be proud of our second, instead of third, place finish.
luv the excuses AD , i sit here and wonder how people actually enjoy playing on a faction that basically fights on 1 front. But guess that makes it easy for y'all. In the end, more AP for DC smile:

This one must agree with part of your assessement.
When team purple only fights on one front it indeed makes it easier for more elfish sorts to feel good about themselves. And of course Telel has yet to figure out why people enjoy such things. Especially when they could just go play with their friends on one faction if they wanted to cooperate so closely together.
This one even found a perfect example while fighting on Shor this weekend, and made a video clip of it.

Well, when one has Emp every day and night caps every day and has a thoousand plus point lead like AD on Shor, expect to be double teamed viciously, brutally, and regularly.
I doubt there'll be much sympathy to be found for any AD that is unhappy about getting pounded back to their gates.

This one asks for no sympathy. Just understanding that if one needs to double team, and out number, a group that has one level 34 healer, a CP 178 & 325 DPS plus the most terrible NB in the game....
You've given up bragging rights. Not to mention claims that it's being done because 'zergbads'
Also the ones who do such things are elves, and should feel elfish.
The bit in question is up in this one's twitch highligts by the way. Makes for an interesting bit of cinema. ^_^
Also if nightcapperas and zerglings 'deserve' to have lame tactics used on them.....
TrueflameJanuary...
Trueflame February...
March pay special attention to the last two....
Etc, etc, etc..now onto May....
That was one of this one's faves when bloops whine about 'the zerg faction'. =^.^=
Onto Vivec...
Oh and just to drive be even more humble in this one's question. If this is a faction's usual response to a five man PUG taking a resource....
Then you would say they deserve exactly what you claimed they deserve right?
