Anyone else think it should be fixed so we can wear any Body/Head markings with skins? I would love to be able to have Morag Tong tattoos over my soul shriven skin. This definitely would work (at least for head markings) because it currently works with the Buoyant Armiger Face Tattoo. I mean its the worst looking tattoo in the game, but its still proof that it works.

Some skins are just an overlay and will let body markings show through: vRoM and vHoF
