Our guild does runs about 3 times a week on different scales & always like the social side of trials tbh... they can be very relaxed and a giggle, they don't have to be the hardcore leaderboard chasing events that some people fear that they are.
But I run these trials on particular charachters...
All my damage dealers are male...
All my healers are female...
(Weirdly) all 3 of my tanks are female too...
Does that make me sexist that different roles for charachters are a certain gender?

✭✭I have completed all trials on both normal & vet with the exception of vHOF. Of course, in a fantasy game, as in life, these inequalities and boundaries are often blurred that does not mean they should be ignored though. We tried to level a few lowbie charachters through them a while back... sadly the XP wasn't quite what we had hoped....
Though it certainly 'stress tested' the healers a bit
Lowest level I had was lvl 35 tank. Probably would actually learn mechanics for veteran if had more lower levels. In those regards can be completed with non champions if they so wish. Thou they deserve more experience doing it. Actually maybe more experience in general would be nice.
P.S dsa normal is super easy so if you haven't tried would bring 4 friends lvl 30 min and go through it. Also very good experience and useful gear for that level.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I regularly host a No Pressure Trials event every single Tuesday. This event is 100% geared toward new comers. I walk people through every single boss mechanic as if it were their first time. 8PM EST.
I used to LEAD and MAIN TANK a competitive trials team as well as hold a top ten vDSA score. Ive cleared all veteran content except for HoF and MoL HM.RickterESO
