Buoyant Armiger drop chance

You're probably better off farming the 1.4 mil gold (assuming 200k per piece) and just buying them. I hear the drop rates are brutal. 1.4 mil can be farmed pretty quickly.

Yeah they're getting cheaper for the most of them since alot of people are chest farming now, range from 80-250k now

Been playing Morrowind since release with 2 different characters, both with the treasure hunter passive.
One has completed Morrowind, the other is almost done. I have opened alot of chests and alot of them have been advanced and master.

I have not found one motif.

This drop rate is a cruel, sadistic and inhumane joke.

I'm capped in all the right places (no pun intended), farmed at least 4 hours every day since Morrowind dropped, and the only Armiger motifs I've seen are other people's links. Consider yourself lucky.

Anyone waiting and intending to buy it from the crown store when it inevitably ends up there.

Expect the price to be at least 5K crowns, 6K more likely.

This drop chance is terribly disheartening. Definitely looking like a future money grab item, coming soon to a crown store near you.

Treasure Hunter passive does not affect Bouyant Armiger drop rate - stated in patch notes and in discussion about Morrowind.

From what I can tell, drop rate is about the same as nirncrux. It seems so much more difficult because it's way easier to harvest 500-1000 nodes per hour than find chests.

My experience with Morrowind so far is reduced to: making a warden and getting him through the tutorial, and only going as far as the stables/crafting stations in Vivec. Tanking a world boss for a guildie, I think it was a giant Nyx beast of sorts. Searching for a random treasure chest because I had the map and it was taking space in my bag. And a few runs of HoF.

I have found one motif page in a HoF chest. I suppose it's just RNG and the whole achievement deal to increase drop rates is bugged/working as intended.

I completed the buoyant motif after clearing almost 15 stacks of lockpick (treasure hunter passive, all general/exploration/quest achievements done)....but i'll keep farming chest 'cause i need gold for the super-expensive redguard furnishing recipes (i miss only 29)....from my experience, morrowind painting are WAY rarer than buoyant.....found only 1 painting so far

Can you link the statement on this? I searched but couldn't find it in patch notes or other discussions.

Also paintings and other drops suck. I remember zos saying that if you pickpocket the people in vvardenfell you might find "something" but havent seen anything like the skulls, notes, throne recipes etc. drop from anyone in vvardenfell.. Maybe guards for bounty sheets? havent seen any on traders either. Anyone find anything?

I wish they wouldn't do that. I'd feel so much better about giving them money if they wouldn't force it so.
Not going to buy that motif in the Crown Store. Totally not. And buying less additional crowns than I would otherwise.

No, nothing, and I'm maintaining the AddOn FurnitureCatalogue, so people send me plenty of item links and -sources. But new Vvardenfell stuff? Haha. So far, a single flower and two Velothi items.

Looted exactly 132 chests, at least 12 of them were master rest were simple to advanced.

Got 1 motif page from a simple chest and another from an intermediate, thats all.

i found a leg page... and that was before they supposedly increased the drop rate..which i haven't seen work yet.

Yeah pretty soon alot of people will get burnt out on chest farming but for now the market keeps crashing on them making them cheaper every day
