Ping issue PC NA

Hello so the last couple of days i been having high ping its starts off fine but every 1- 2 mins it hits 500+ ping and i lag then it goes back down to 90. i have tried to reset my modem and stuff but nothing works so any help would be nice

Getting worse and worse it seems unplayable as of now get dc'd for "spam" every 10 minutes now

It really is getting worse, I am in Canada but i have friends in the US and Australia that are having the same issues.

Same. People in guild chat reported the same issues at the same times. I haven't been able to reliably bar swap in combat since Friday, which is when I started getting regular latency spikes. I have a 100mbps connection, using CAT5 cable not wifi, playing in continental US, and typically get 80-100 latency. Time of day seems to make no difference to the issue.

I'll be logging in to do writs, then logging off to play single-player games until this is fixed. I know the phrase "literally unplayable" has been abused into meaninglessness, but that's where the game is for me right now.

Even when its working, everything is laggy. Makes Legerdemain fun let me tell you. Hit E to take something and hope the NPC does not circle back around before the game actually removes the item. Got nailed with a bounty twice for this.

I canceled my account until the problem is resolved.

I am not paying for a game the I can hardly play. Everything is a delay in doing and some times nothing happens for a while and then I'm dead. I even ended up getting grabbed for stealing when I had clicked on an NPC to finish a quest. I was not stealing at the time.
I rubberband back and forth sometimes and have a hard time completing a quest or doing PVP.
I click on something and maybe it will happen in a second or maybe it will happen in a minute or two.

I get in the middle of a fight and sometimes I can't attack for a while. Great for dying.

It's not my PC or internet.

I am a computer and network consultant so know what I am taking about.

Indeed had people tell me "it's your junk internet" i can stream with 0 dropped frames play other games on servers far away and get decent ping seems it's random RNG on who is affected an aussie friend gets far better ping on the NA server than I do from Canada

Same for me in Portugal. Used to playing at 180 ping but I still pull 35k dps on skeleton. Now I can't even bar swap or get the skill I want to go off on skeleton. Ping back and forth every second from 180 to 999+ averaging around 400. Unplayable besides node farming. SUCKS! Needless to say vMoL is a joke. Super bummed out. Tried a bunch of different fixes to no avail. Very saddened by "no maintenance" today since this is an issue. Would love a response or at least they have acknowledged this issue.

I can't stay on for more than 5 minutes at a time tonight. High pings as described, then the boot.

Edit: At least 6 times tonight.

It's getting worse and worse for me and I literally can't play. I also play on both servers and this problem exists only on NA megaserver.
