I'm submitting a ticket - but I completed nHoF on my tank on 6/20 at 14:29hrs EST. I got my coffer etc...
I completed it again today on this character and expected a coffer - but didn't get one. Are they on 7 day cooldowns or not? Either way I should have gotten one. Or is it one coffer only for life???

✭✭✭✭✭A common error with trials coffers in general is that the cooldown is based on quest pickup, not quest completion.
For example, if you got the quest and completed it on the 20th, picked up the quest again on the 25th but did not complete it and then completed it on the 29th, you would not get a coffer.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

✭A common error with trials coffers in general is that the cooldown is based on quest pickup, not quest completion.
For example, if you got the quest and completed it on the 20th, picked up the quest again on the 25th but did not complete it and then completed it on the 29th, you would not get a coffer.
I confirm this to be semi-true. I just completed it on my healer character after completing it on the 22nd. Don't pick up the quest - to be fully sure, but I think that handing in the quest is resetting the timer back to 7 days - even if you don't have the coffer as a reward.
ZoS actually checked my records and sent me a coffer in my mail. So don't despair - they actually showed great customer service on this one for me, so I give kudos where it is due.0 -
