This annoying NPC keeps on hounding me out of the blue whereever I go..Daggerfall, Wayrest, Mournhold, Auridon...You tell me a capital city..chances are this imp would have met me there.
I know she is part of the Orsinium DLC quest.
The thing is I do not want to start DLC till I complete my faction line.
I know I can just accept the quest and leave it be.
Hmmm..is there any way by which I can mute or make her not hound me ?

Maybe the O.P. can do the initial quest to get Stuga to shut up, and then not do any more quests in that questline afterward. That's what I did with one of my characters. That first quest is super fun, anyway.

My main has the Tamriel Hero achievement. Also finished all the dlc quests and never, ever has my journal been full. Finish what you started!2 -

HEXENWOLF✭✭✭I don't like having quests in my journal which I have no intention of completing till later either. Its time consuming to look through them all as it is! My recommendation - which is the path I took since ZOS seems to have no intention of eliminating the headache that is Stuga - is to simply complete the first quest chain in Wrothgar. I believe its called "An Invitation to Orsinium." It takes about 10-20 minutes and once completed, she never harasses your character again. The quest will end with you standing on the steps of the city you end up in. Just don't accept the quest from the Orc woman who walks up the stairs and write yourself a post-it note to remember to start there. (Or, if you're like me, just log it in the memory bank.)

and some people like me even run full on any zone, I only finished the main quest, but the other quests not at all, so I have many quests active
