More friends stop to play ESO, because no Morrowind! Maybe all of us will quit this game because no feedback and no update from ZOS.

Do ZOS do anything for PS4 ASIA players?

I seriously have only two rationales for this attitude to the clients. 1) It's regional exclusive for x1/pc (HIGHLY unlikely): 2) They want to keep you in the system for as long as they can without doing anything to make you leave at once. In any case, this "communication" with the customer base is probably the worst I've ever faced...

The way I see it:
1. Zos forgot to submit it to PSN Asia.
2. Sony is taking their time approving it.

I firmly believe in number 1.

If that is the case I can't see why they can't admit it. Everybody's making mistakes. It wouldn't be the end of the world if that's the case. I'll buy that.

Just own your mistake @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom and give us an answer, I think we deserve one.

• Blizzard announces D3 expansion with the Necro class
• They advertise it would be available on PS4 after the patch
• Immediately after the patch I logged on and it was available on PS4 in my region
• I spent money on their product and it is downloading now

Actually, I can imagine the situation like this with WoW or ANY situation been happening to ESO lately. And the audience's/support response to that, which is quite predictable.

Blizzard has Asia staff, because their market in S.East Asia is enormous (China and Taiwan are huge)

I think Zenimax just needs to learn about the approval processes here. Hopefully it's in progress. Otherwise it would be really nice if they could allow us to buy it with crowns.

The worst thing about this is that I am pretty sure the admins read this thread (judging by the activity) and yet simply ignore it.

That's the worst thing a company can do in my personal opinion.

They say they'll check into it and get back then go silent. If that's not a big middle finger to all of you I don't know what is.

This should've been handled by ZOS already, especially if it is not on them.

A simple,"We are following up with _____ and should know something soon, or, sorry - unfortunately there is nothing we can do as this limitation was not created by us.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_KaiSchober @ZOS_JessicaFolsom you guys have got to get on the ball. This game is more toxic than I've seen it in some time and you all just keep quiet.

Too bad you can't request for their senior supervisors and bug them to death until something is done.
