Try thisAlso, I did try calling the 678 number. They have a recording that says use the help desk. Wankers.
If someone can PM me any numbers to call I am happy to do it. I like cold calling, lol.

How difficult to release it?
I just don't understand why?

Yes, only Asian PS4. The rest of the world can pay and play.
I can't understand what the problem could be,except that ZOS forgot to submit the DLC to asian stores and now are to lazy to fix it. We're only filthy Asians, why care about us?

That's not the mattter of race - I am in Ukraine but bought my first ps3 when in Singapore, and there was no psn in my country at all back then And yet, I am in the same boat with you and other guys across the world.

Just checking in to see if there are any updates to the situation. Nothing yet, although it would be nice to see a timeline.
Next dlc will b released behind morrowind. I want to know if we will get access before then.
Out of my mouth. Yeah, some games take time to get to Asian psn for some reason, some don't get there at all. Like with Surge - it took month to get there, bit at least I KNEW it was coming, and I hadn't spent a year or so playing its demo. We'll continue onward...it's rare to see consumers working so hard to get a company to sell them something, lol.

ZOS are the distributors. It is their job to know what product can go where under what conditions. If they don't want or can't distribute in my zone, no worries. But pleading ignorance whilst spamming my inbox with mailers is annoying.
And, to not have even a fulfilled response to our query or a simple statement acknowledging the issue is unprofessional.
In the context of the oh-so-many-other-issues ZOS creates through its approach to customers, I can understand why people in this thread are ticked off.
Just looking for a simple date...

@Gorilla
ZOS isn't a distributor of the game tho. They are only the developers. The Publisher is Bethesda....
In terms of the markets tho, if it's anything like the prior situations I mentioned it would be where The publisher Bethesda, sent it to Sony's other divisions and as it was explained long ago, each division of Sony can approve, delay or deny
I hope for your sakes it gets approved and released but I doubt they forgot about you as the base game exists there now.
Unless you and others got it on disc from another region or something.

It does. Including the Imperial Edition. Actually, ALL Bethesda's products are there and emerged on the same date as all other region releases. This is the first time it happened.
*Sony Computer Entertainment has implemented a territorial-based distribution system for its hardware and software. This limits any particular software title to play only on the system designated for that distribution territory (e.g. North American games will not play in the systems designed for other regions, such as, Japan, Europe, etc.). PlayStation systems and format software titles are only designed to run in their respective regions and countries.
This is a common thing, and it is only partly true. Basically, only dlcs are region locked and require that exact region main game to play. All discs are region-free, and you can buy it anywhere, and it WILL play. As for dlcs, and for a reason you can't change a psn address (that's sony's bs, but it doesn't matter now) you can buy those on any account on your system, and it will play on all other accounts on the SAME console. Moreover, most US dlcs are compatible Asia English versions of the games. Once again, TESO is an innovation to that rule.
The only exclusion I have seen so far is actually Morrowind that was advertised as a disc-based game, and it turned to be another dlc, which is account-locked and requires a code (which IS a false marketing move, and I believe not very legal or at least favorable towards the audience, but that's another story). Moreover, as described many times before, the game is still advertised for asian-based accounts, it IS downloaded, you can actually see the same Morro title screen and all related crown store items, except that - you can't play it. And as many have already mentioned it here - it's like someone standing and spitting on your head. Not to mention the support attitude that did not even care to visit the thread once or twice for an update, clarification or whatever.

You can't purchase it tho correct ....in your region? Cause there is no disc version, just asking cause others will read this
Do you live in a country not listed above?
The simple solution to this would be to make morrowind available for purchase with crowns for Asia region Psn users. The game and crowns are there, it makes no sense the Dlc is the only thing missing.
In my experience, these things happen because developers forget about Asia and nothing more. Uncharted, a Sony developed game, had similar issues with Dlc not reaching Asia stores. Same thing happened with last of us, etc. It's simply a small market that is inexplicably under the jurisdiction of Sony computer entertainment Japan, who don't keep it updated as they should and purposely separate it from the japan market.
This is not sonys fault, however. It is bethesdas responsibility to sort out publishing for the title in Asia, and they have not done it yet. Sony confirmed this to me on the phone.
I hope if they have run into publishing troubles in Asia they at least make this purchasable with crowns or some other currency that zenimax can manage internationally
Yes that is possible, however if you had the copy from the Asia store you were screwed. It feels like developers forget about Asia distribution, which is probably what has happened to morrowind.
