I'm at 1946.
5pcs necro body
2pcs ilambris

2 crafted juliano sharpened staves with charged enchant for more ilambris procs.
How do I get up past 2k spell dmg/pwr?

I literally have the same setup as you and I have 3060 spell damage in combat and 2840 out of combat. So not sure what's going on, but I have the weapon power enchant that adds 300 some odd spell damage on light attack.

I have a heavy attack build, I don't LA
How are you going to sustain that? Also spell power is low considering you have willpower there. My necro pet build is 50k magika and I think the spell damage is about the same is what you mentioned when unbuffed. Thing is with spell power weapon glyf on and 51k magika you don't need to worry about spell power that much.
Using 5x necro potence, 5x amberplasm, 3x spell damage glyfs on rings, neck 1x heavy infused monster helm.
I Can achieve 25k dps on test dummy but I am using haunting curse when it should be drastic prey. I have yet to test with deadric pray and this build. I was able to get 30k last patch because I didn't have to use a sustain set or use witches brew drink or Astro mundus.
Charged as in lightning dmg / fire dmg
I can proc ilambris with light and heavy attacks with my charged enchants. Shock and fire enchants.

That has nothing to with what "charged" means in this game.
Naming aside, fire and shock enchantments are valuable, for multiple reasons including the Ilambris procs. Even so, you should look at the weapon/spell power glyph as an alternative.
One weirdness: On at least one popular combat logging add-on, it's called "Berserker", a name that doesn't seem to be based on anything currently in the game (certainly not on Major/Minor "Berserk").

What does the charged mean then? Can I have a glyph and enchantment together?
Also with power surge, I'm at 2300 spell dmg

charged trait means that it increases the chance to cause status effect (burning, chilled, concused...), ilambris is proced on flame or shock damage, but that has nothing to do with the status effect
I am not sure if it has something to do with fire damage enchant or shock damage enchant - if such enchants increase the proc chance of ilambris set
@NightbladeMechanics do you know how is this pls?
I would say that ilamris is proced only by attacks (skills which do fire or shock damage) and then also LA or HA of inferno staff or shock staff
NightbladeMechanics wrote: »@altemriel Ilambris is procced by dealing fire or shock damage. The burning status effect applies a fire damage dot, so it can proc Ilambris' fire portion. Concussed applies Minor Vulnerability but does not deal shock damage itself, therefore it increases other sources of damage by 8% but doesn't proc Ilambris itself.

As far as I know, concussed is minor maim debuff for a few seconds (perhaps 4) and then you can use something like wall of elements (storm) to put concussed enemies off-balance and inflict more damage.

In that case, you never get to proc weapon enchantments, which is sad.
Also -- what do you mean by "charged enchant", and what does it have to do with Ilambris procs?
