How can I cut and paste a message to the chat window?

I gather that the solution to people using bots is that we can no longer cut and paste to a chat window? Is there some other way so I can compose a sane and legible message and then post it in the chat window?

I wrote my message in wordpad, which is a generic text app - and, like I have been doing since starting ESOTU about three years ago, I do a ctrl C to copy, and a ctrl V to paste. No longer works. So - I am wondering what happened, and if there is a way around it so I can compose messages to buy or sell stuff.0

The most complete copy text addon is TxtOutput and it is up to date.
