I watching your video and tbh you dont really utalize shadowwalker that often. I think you would be better off with like eternal hunt based on how often you roll dodge after reviewing your playstyle.
Shadowwalker is more of a ganking set. Lets you stack max stam and avoid regen since the set has it covered.
Good stuff btw.

It's definitely not a ganking set by any means. Two full cloaks with the 5 piece yields around 200 health recovery and 400 stam recovery over 60 seconds. That's 10% uptime. You don't need to use it frequently to get value out of it.

He uses it a ton. And gankers don't need sustain and wouldn't have enough damage wearing Shadow Walker anyway. It's ideal for his play style because of exactly the reason you stated.

I use Shadowwalker, Clever Alchemist and Agility (could use a monster set but i choose not to). With magicka regen + MAX stam drink/food i have plenty of damage.
A traditional gank build would forgo the shadowalker for viper or seomthing and use duel stat regen.
It works. I produce huge numbers.

Traditional gank builds never needed stam regen drink. Only the ones who wanted to roll around and try to 1vX would use it over the max stam + mag regen one, or they'd switch to it if needed when escaping.
Also I question who you're killing forgoing viper/spriggans.
But that's not what this thread is about. Let's not derail.
I know what the values are. You missed my point entirely. Was just referencing the 5 piece's tooltip value at 10% uptime ( in this example, 6 ticks, 6 seconds, 2 cloaks over 60 seconds). If I was to give a stamina regen tooltip value of the set for 3 ticks over 3 seconds (or 100% uptime), it would be 6000/3*2 = 4000 tooltip stam regen.GreenSoup2HoT wrote: »GreenSoup2HoT wrote: »Shadowwalker, such a good niche set. In the video he didnt really stop while cloaking to utalize the set (from what i could tell). Thats why i reccomend him use eternal hunt.
I use shadowwalker its really good. It could be used for ganking, magicka regen + max stamina food work really well with it. Shadowwalker acts as the sustain set and then you can pair it with clever and a monster set. No stam regen drink needed.
You gotta edit those numbers. Two cloaks is 6 seconds providing 12k stamina and 6k heals (in pvp) with shadowwalker while standing still.
Out of curiosity:
Is it still exploitable? Do you still get the 5part bonus if you use cloak into ambush? (stam and hp gain while travelling to the target)
I did a video in 2015 about it.

@Lexxypwns Vipers 4 second cooldown ties really well with hvy att + surprise att weaves and cloak. Seleanes 4 second cooldown works well too.

Worth noting, at present, fully charged heavy attacks do not receive the 15% debuff that heavy attacks were supposed to receive, but non fully charged ones do, their damage is higher than ever due to the addition of Master at arms, now.
