On PTS, the two morphs of Assassin's Blade are doing significantly less damage than on Live. I tested this on 3.0.1 and 3.0.3.
Impale is doing 3.08x damage to a target skeleton below 25% health (3.65x (!) on Live, 4.00x expected from the tooltip).
Killer's Blade is doing 3.52x damage to a target skeleton below 25% health (4.00x on Live, 4.00x expected from the tooltip).
These ratios are the same for crits and non-crits. They are not affected by Major Breach/Fracture, and they are not affected by champ points.
Was this change deliberate? Why aren't they all 4.00x, including on Live?
Impale sucks anyways. 9 times out of ten my opponent in pvp just dodges it. Last night I tried impaling a guy 4 times in a row while in execute. He dodged, not dodged roll but dodged every single one. Even damage is laughable. I've seen Templars heal through it and sorcs just shield against it. Why does mages wrath seem to instantly kill me and never miss, but impale just is laughable in comparison. Is this a joke?
I did not test this on PTS, if you want to include some screencaps of combat logs logs that would be great for the thread to show some proof of real damage numbersOn PTS, the two morphs of Assassin's Blade are doing significantly less damage than on Live. I tested this on 3.0.1 and 3.0.3.

DAMAGE = TOOLTIP * (1 + 0,08 + 0,08 + 4,0)
1000 * 1,08 * 1,08 * 4,0 = ~4665 1000 * 4,16 = 4160
Because of additive factors...

just another nail in the coffin for NB, trying so hard not to give up on the class but d*mn they are making it tough.
I did some more testing, and it seems that champion points now have their damage additive with other damage bonuses on PTS. This is not the case on Live, so it tripped me up when comparing the two.
