Is Sorc viable in pvp?

My main is a sorcerer and I feel like I just get crushed in pvp. DK's and ND seem to be able to 2 shot me and rip through me with no effort, while my skills do little or nothing to them. I see far more DK's in Cyrodil than Sorc. I know this is probably a level issue as well (I am only 113) but I can't help but wonder how viable sorcerers are in pvp right now.

Any insights?

Sorcerers are dominating PvP (both stam and magicka). When you get the CP and better gear it will all work out, trust me:)

It's extremely viable in pvp right now. Best shields in the game with high burst damage, and great sustain due to Dark Convergance.

Magicka sorc in particular? Prob the single best class in ESO period (properly spec'd of course).

As far as what will happen come Morrowind. No one knows how those chips will fall until we get there.

It must just be my build and extremely low Champion level then. Meh, brb, grinding for 6 months so I can enjoy pvp.

It could also be an L2P issue... sorc isn't exactly the easiest class to play but in the right hands I would say it's one of the strongest and hardest to counter

Go to Azura's campaign. Cp do not matter.
Use your 3 magicka shields to proctect you. Sorcerers are really strong in both pve and pvp!

There's a no cp campaign, where sorc are also just fine. I'd say try to get to cp 160 so you don't have to worry about upgrading gear, look up some guides and get at it

The 2 big surviveability things for magsorc are shields - Hardened Ward(sorc shield, see Daedric summoning skill tree) stack with Annulment(light armor active skill) and Healing Ward (Resto staff shield/heal) and mobility - Bolt Escape (take Ball of Lightning morph because the other one is broken af right now). It's a matter of knowing your strengths and weaknesses and practice

PvPing in champion points enabled campaign and dueling, yeah those CP numbers matter (ESO is not very balanced right now). Go PvP in Azura's and it will be about your gear and rotation.

and even then you'll be outgeared until you get cp160
