Time to take a look at crowd control to go with this patch
While I don't have any major problems with the patch, it doesn't make any sense to just make reductions in capability without some expansion on the tools required to adapt to that environment.
my simple fix is to add in two new stars one that increases duration of buffs and one that increases duration of debuffs. Simple but effective.
they might also want to take a look at the costing of crowd control effects, many of which are very expensive, but at the same time limited in effect. I want to use them, but the game environment nor the players support their use. Everything is hulk smash on one side, and immune on the other.
might also want to look into the immunity timers as well.
normal mob shouldn't have one
tier 1 mob should be 2-3 seconds and almost all effects should work
tier2 mob should be 7 seconds and some effects should still work but be shortened
tier3 mob should be 12 seconds and a few should work and those that do are shortened
obviously mobs like molag bal and the warrior would be extreme resistant to certain effects. A troll seems to have the same powers as these guys.
right now the only thing that appears to work on everything is off balance, which appears to be "out of balance" with all the other effects.
It's 0.0666 of a second to midnight.
