I disagree. Part of learning how to play a new class is by leveling and getting used to the abilities. If I could change to a new class at will, we'd have a bunch of max level players that don't know how to play their class...oh wait, nevermind.

@Ghost-Shot OP specifically states that you would have to level a new class after changing classes.Ghost-Shot wrote: »If you want a different class then level it.
As I've said many times before, this would be the only way I would accept a class change. It allows players to keep their content progress (quests etc), but experience a new class from scratch.ThatAlaskanDude wrote: »However once you change your characters class the class skill levels reset to 1 and you must level them up again.
What scratch you are talking about? I can made 1lvl toon, immidiately jump to the Coldharbour or even Cadwell's Gold zones and feel no difference with my faction starting zone!experience a new class from scratch.
Loosing playerbase, because of stupid nerfs, and making YOUR gameplay worse because of lack of players is much better, yeah, genius.Because you would Pay real life cash to instantly be FOTM viable every month or patch?
@Enslaved How would you be instantly FOTM if all your class skills were at Level 1? You can't do too much with the Level 1 class skills, as they are purposely not very powerful. And I don't know how long it takes, but it certainly takes some time to get all three class lines up from 1 to 50.No. And this is why.
So, you spent a ton of time getting to max lvl, CP lvl and so on. You got your skyshards, crafting, mount training, alliance war ranks and similar. All your guilds are maxed, all quests are done. What you ask for is Pay 2 Win. Why? Because you would Pay real life cash to instantly be FOTM viable every month or patch? Just roll another char and enjoy leveling like the rest of us. Wallet should not give you an edge, you can't simply pay to be top dog every patch.
@SilverWF Scratch in that you are at Level 1 in each class skill line, per the OP's suggestion.
