unless they expected sorcerer to streak away and so when the hammer came for them and predicted where sorc would go they dodged it automatically by being rooted by the bug haha

This will be a buff is your maximum resource is below 15,840 and a nerf if it is above.

So basically you're saying: This will be a buff when you're not using that resource as your main. As if the phrasing of the statement would make it any better. So PC, so BS ..

My magsorc that wrecks Azura just laughed at everyone. For solo PvE I got 2 lich sets, so don't really care about sustain reduction. My magDK goes around heavy attacking stuff and is immune to sustain issues, as I think magDK for PvP will really suffer, skills are super expensive and %cost reduction will hit them very hard.

Happy about block nerf and heavy armor neft, though, I think heavy armor needs much more sustain reduction or damage nerf or something, as thinking about everything makes me wounder if stamsorc in blackrose with 2-3 cost reduction glyphs, will become the meta again... Dark Dealis still too good for what it does, it should CC on interrupt... Just spamming crushing shock while chasing stamsorc I can't always interrupt Dark Deal and stamsorc while spamming Dark Deal will slowly create enough distance for a successful cast. Furthermore, I am forced to run crushing shock just for stamsorcs in heavy armor abusing Dark Deal. With the new Coward set it will get to a new level

With your free damage sets like viper and thremor (puncture is super cheap for what it does). This build is super cheap on resources to run and your burst - heavy weave ->charge->bash->LA->dawnbreaker is just ridiculous on resource requirements.

Just IMHO.

Feel lucky, when I was with Turbine, the CM's gave standing orders to the mods to perma-ban constant uncivil discourse and in some cases if they banned you on the forums it carried over to the game.
